- Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Interesting but long-winded in spots – Legendary psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s famous investigations of “optimal experience” have revealed that what makes an experience genuinely satisfying is a state of consciousness called flow.
